Jogs and Not Wogs

I can't believe it is already July 30th! My summer break is passing me by and so are my goals of losing weight this summer. Right now all I'm hoping for is to break even and weigh the same as at the end of the school year, so I can at least fit in my work clothes that I was wearing. I don't have any bigger sizes left, because I either sold them at a garage sale, gave them to my sister, or donated them.

One positive thing I can say about this summer is that I'm still doing well on my C25K training program. This is week six which means I'm doing three 25 minute JOGS and not wogs! Here are Monday's stats:
  • 5,240 aerobic steps
  • 39 minutes
  • 2.2 miles
Here is this week's play list which I just realized is a bit heavy on the '80's tunes:

After jogging I went to work and spent a few hours carrying in all the stuff I bought over the summer and finding places for the things to go. It was mostly spent decorating and figuring out where to hang things. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. :( My plan is to be back in there again later this week, so I'll have to remember to take one later.

After that I went to Wally World and Hobby Lobby to pick up a few things for projects for my classroom. Nothing exciting, just some tension rods for the valences, some dry erase markers, some peace sign stickers, peace sign velum, etc.

The rest of the day was spent at home doing some sanding on the bathroom walls and watering my garden. I finally have some veggies growing which is a nice sight in the midst of the lack of rain and excess of heat.
