One Week Challenge- Day Two and a Sizzling Salad



Tuesday started off nicely with a small loss on the scale.

I spent most of the morning and part of the afternoon at work decorating my room again. This time the fun ran out and it was onto things such as taping the carpet squares down to the floor.







In the afternoon and evening I worked around the house doing the almost final bits of sanding on the bathroom walls (there is still a little part I can't reach behind the toilet, but I will work on that once the toilet is out).

Again! I sure hope my walls look darn good after all this work.

I also cooked a new for me meal that was easy to make and very healthy.

I found this at the Dollar Tree of all places and thought I'd give it a try. It was very good and you can see the picture of the meal below for my dinner.

I ended my night with the new episode of What Not to Wear. Gotta love Stacy and Clinton!

Even though my day wasn't the most exciting, I did pretty well on my eating plan again. Here is the food for the day:

My usual wrap I've been having recently, but I added one of those tomatoes from my garden to it this morning.

I'm trying a different flavor of Clif bar every morning as a snack. Yesterday I had chocolate chip peanut butter which was yummy and so was this one.

Carrots and dip = good, diet pop = okay, and doughnut = tastes so good, but so bad...
