Tuesday started off nicely with a small loss on the scale.
In the afternoon and evening I worked around the house doing the almost final bits of sanding on the bathroom walls (there is still a little part I can't reach behind the toilet, but I will work on that once the toilet is out).

I also cooked a new for me meal that was easy to make and very healthy.

I ended my night with the new episode of What Not to Wear. Gotta love Stacy and Clinton!
Even though my day wasn't the most exciting, I did pretty well on my eating plan again. Here is the food for the day:
Breakfast
| My usual wrap I've been having recently, but I added one of those tomatoes from my garden to it this morning. |
Snack
| I'm trying a different flavor of Clif bar every morning as a snack. Yesterday I had chocolate chip peanut butter which was yummy and so was this one. |

| Carrots and dip = good, diet pop = okay, and doughnut = tastes so good, but so bad... |
