The Start of Tracking

I have officially posted my first day's worth of food on my food page and my first day's worth of exercise on my exercise page. I'm not sure if I like having them on their own page. I'm beginning to think that it might be better to put them on the home page as part of my main blog. If you would like to see how I did on my first day back on track, look at those pages. Everything was pretty good except dinner. A veggie burger is good, but the bun was made of white bread. And I did eat some fries with it too. I know granola bars aren't the best since they usually have a lot of sugar, but it does help me get my fiber and keeps candy bar cravings at bay. I would like to eventually wean myself off of them. All in all, I don't think I did too bad today. Considering things I have eaten in the past in one day such as six candy bars or two blizzards, this is pretty darn good. Things will only get easier once I can get myself off of the sugar. Sugar is an evil monster.
