Week One, Day Five
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
- egg whites with a sprinkle of cheese
- strawberries
- crystal light
Midmorning snack:
- bean burrito
- crystal light
Lunch:
- grilled chicken
- baked potato
- salad with a sprinkle of cheese and light dressing
- diet Dr. Pepper
Midafternoon snack:
- chicken lunchmeat
- baby carrots
- light dressing
- crystal light
Dinner:
- KFC grilled chicken
- green beans
- potato wedges
- diet Mt. Dew
Exercise: I did my morning stretches (7 minutes). I plan on spending as much time as I can stand in the heat outside weeding, landscaping, hopefully moving rocks around, etc. I am not timing myself today, but I know I have already spent more than 30 minutes doing this already.
