Week One, Day Six

There will be no day seven, since I didn't keep track of what I was eating on Monday (4th of July). This is my last day before the first week weigh in. I don't think it will be much, not because I'm doing all that bad, but because it is that TOM (it seems to stop weight loss completely).

Food:

Breakfast:
  • egg whites and sprinkle of cheese in a whole wheat tortilla
  • strawberries
  • crystal light
Midmorning snack:
  • doughnut :(
Lunch:
  • roast turkey
  • baked potato
  • vegetable soup
  • salad with ranch dressing
  • stuffing
  • jello
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken
  • oatmeal
Exercise: None. It was really hot today, and I came home from lunch feeling horrible from the heat and too much food. Oh well, not the best of days, but there is always tomorrow.
