Week One, Day Four

Food:


Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
  • banana
  • egg white with sprinkle of cheese
  • crystal light
Midmorning snack:
  • chicken lunchmeat
  • baby carrots
  • light ranch
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • omlet with cheese, green peppers, and onions
  • hash browns
  • water
  • crystal light candies (4)
Dinner:
  • McDonald's snack wrap- grilled
  • a couple of chocolate chip cookies :(
  • diet coke
Exercise: bike ride
