Week One, Day Three
Yay! I'm now down to 209 this morning! It is also a nice feeling to say I was able to pass up the candy bars at the checkout when shopping this morning. Don't get me wrong, it was very tempting. One candy bar once in a while wouldn't hurt, but I'm not good enough at controlling myself to handle it as of now. So I stick my tongue out at Reeses Fast Breaks and Milky Way Carmels for now. ;)
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
- egg whites with a sprinkle of cheese
- banana
- crystal light
Midmorning snack:
- carrots with light ranch
- chicken lunch meat
- crystal light
Lunch:
- turkey sandwich on wheat flat bread
- wheat thins
- carrots
- jello temptations
- diet coke
Midafternoon snack:
- bean burrito
- crystal light
- sugar free pudding
Dinner:
- grilled KFC chicken
- green beans
- 1/2 biscuit
- diet coke
Night snack:
Exercise:
- 30 minute walk
- lots of walking while shopping
- 60 minutes of weeding
