Week One, Day Three

Yay! I'm now down to 209 this morning! It is also a nice feeling to say I was able to pass up the candy bars at the checkout when shopping this morning. Don't get me wrong, it was very tempting. One candy bar once in a while wouldn't hurt, but I'm not good enough at controlling myself to handle it as of now. So I stick my tongue out at Reeses Fast Breaks and Milky Way Carmels for now. ;)

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
  • egg whites with a sprinkle of cheese
  • banana
  • crystal light
Midmorning snack:
  • carrots with light ranch
  • chicken lunch meat
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • turkey sandwich on wheat flat bread
  • wheat thins
  • carrots
  • jello temptations
  • diet coke
Midafternoon snack:
  • bean burrito
  • crystal light
  • sugar free pudding
Dinner:
  • grilled KFC chicken
  • green beans
  • 1/2 biscuit
  • diet coke
Night snack:
  • chicken snack wrap
Exercise:
  • 30 minute walk
  • lots of walking while shopping
  • 60 minutes of weeding
