Week One, Day Two

Food:

Breakfast:
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal with cocoa and splenda
  • 1/3 cup egg whites with sprinkle of cheese
  • banana
  • crystal light
Midmorning snack:
  • chicken lunchmeat
  • carrots
  • fat free ranch
Later in the morning:
  • granola bar
Lunch:
  • salad with tomatoes, cheese, and low fat dressing
  • grilled chicken
  • baked potato
  • jello temptations- strawberry cheesecake
Afternoon snack:
  • jello sugar free pudding
Dinner:
  • grilled KFC chicken
  • green beans
  • 1/4th a biscuit
  • activia yogurt
Night snack:
  • Fruit smoothie
Exercise: 90 minutes of walking and 30 minutes of sweeping and mopping the floor
