Week Three, Day One

Food:

Breakfast:
  • english muffin with egg and cheese
  • applesauce
  • water
Snack:
  • 90 calorie brownie
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken wrap with lettuce, cheese, and honey mustard
  • salad with ranch dressing
  • water
Snack:
  • doughnut :(
Dinner:
  • chicken kebabs with onions, tomatoes, and green peppers
  • corn
  • sugar free pudding
Exercise: I have done some major cleaning in the kitchen for about an hour. Dishes, cleaning all surfaces, dusting, sweeping , mopping, etc.
