Week Two, Day Seven

Weigh in is tomorrow, and my lowest weight this week has been 208. I'm really hoping for a 1/2 pound more. If not, well at least I lost a pound.


Food:


Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • diet 7Up
Snack:
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • carrots
  • light dressing
  • 90 calorie brownie
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato
  • fries
  • diet coke
Snack:
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • carrots
  • light dressing
  • crystal light
  • sugar free pudding
Exercise: 20 minute walk
