Week Two, Day Six
Well, the scale has been all over the place this week. I've been up to 209.5 and down to 208. I know that happens when you weigh in on a everyday basis, but it does keep my mind on what I need to accomplish. I was hoping to get down to 207.5, so I could put the lbs. button on my bracelet. Nonetheless, I will have at least lost a pound this week. On Weight Watchers this is very good. On the plan I'm doing it is good too, but I've had weeks where I've lost 5 pounds when I am very diligent. That is part of my problem. I have been much, much better, but I'm still eating a few things I shouldn't. I am going to finish out this week doing what I am doing. I think that my goal for next week should be focusing on eating mostly (80%) what is on plan.
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal
- applesauce
- egg whites with cheese
Snack:
- english muffin, egg, cheese
- 90 calorie brownie
Lunch:
- grilled chicken
- green beans
- mashed potatoes
- 2 20 calorie popsicles
Snack:
- turkey lunchmeat
- carrots
- light ranch
- 90 calorie brownie
Dinner:
- grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and honey mustard
- broccoli
Exercise: None. I guess it won't hurt much since I probably did enough activity in one day of moving rocks to last for the week. I was too busy watching episodes of Blossom online during the day (my favorite show as a kid, but I still love it). I went to see the last Harry Potter movie tonight. It was very good.
