Week Two, Day Five

Food:

Breakfast:
  • egg whites with cheese
  • oatmeal with splenda and blueberries
  • water
Snack:
  • english muffin with eggs and cheese
  • hash browns
  • diet coke
Lunch:
  • egg omelet with onions, peppers, and cheese
  • hash browns
  • water
Snack:
  • 90 calorie brownie
  • 20 calorie popsicle (4 of them)
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken
  • green beans
  • 1/2 biscuit
  • diet coke
Exercise: Well, since the heat is getting pretty bad, I haven't been outside much. I did walk around the a couple stores in the morning and did a little bit of cleaning in the afternoon.
