Week Two, Day Four

I am feeling great this morning, because I'm finally seeing some movement on the scale. I'm down to 208 this morning! Yay! I may not have been eating completely on plan yet, but I have been eating so much LESS than it is making a difference. Especially with the amount of exercise I have been getting in with moving rocks for hours a day in the heat. In 1/2 a pound I get to finally put the "lbs" button on my poundpuncher bracelet. In two more pounds I get to open my first Weird Al C.D. So hopefully in a few days I will at least get to put the button on my bracelet.

Food:



Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with splenda and blueberries
  • egg whites with cheese
  • crystal light

Midmorning snack:
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • carrots
  • light ranch dressing
  • crystal light

Lunch:
  • grilled chicken
  • green beans
  • mashed potatoes
  • sugar free jello pudding
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 90 calorie brownie


Dinner:
  •  chicken nuggets
  • honey mustard
  • diet Mt. Dew
  • chocolate chip cookie
Snack:
  •  oatmeal with splenda and cocoa
Exercise: I have done some weeding, laying down more landscape fabric, and am moving tons of rocks again.
