Week Eight, Day Five
I'm really on a roll this week with the weight loss. I've lost another 1/2 pound this morning and am down to 201. That is only ONE pound away from my first goal. I might actually make a weight loss goal and in my timeline I set for myself. I'm going to keep on keeping on and hopefully next week I'll see 200 or even 199.5. Then I get the internet on my time, so I can work on my blog and facebook page to make them a little more interesting.

Exercise: I did some extra walking while shopping. It kinda counts, right? I also did move around a lot today with the students doing motions to songs and dancing. Sometimes I do think I have the best job ever when I get to do those fun things.
