Week Eight, Day Four

Yay again! I've lost 1/2 a pound more and am down to 201.5. Only 1.5 more pounds to go until my first big goal. I also got to finally move my lbs. button on my poundpuncher bracelet to 8.

Eight pounds lost since the start of this blog!

        Exercise: A few chores around the house.
