Week Eight, Day Three

Yay! Down half a pound and only two more exactly to meet my goal. I hope I can do it within my eight days left I gave myself. If not, I don't think I'll set myself another time limit until I meet the goal.

Here is my outfit for work today. My face is covered by the flash, but I tried using a different mirror.



Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • granola bar
Snack:
  • carrots with ranch dip
  • turkey lunchmeat
Lunch:
  • chicken kebabs with onion and pepper
  • brown rice
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • oatmeal cookie
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • omelet with onion and pepper
  • hash browns
  • water
Exercise: My plan is to do some dishes, laundry, and other cleaning tonight.
