Week Eight, Day Two

Food:


Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • granola bar
Snack:
  • carrots with ranch
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken kebab
  • brown rice
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • omelet with cheese, onion, and green peppers
  • hash browns
  • water
Snack:
  • 2 WW string cheese sticks
Exercise: Very little, but I did get a few minutes in here and there cleaning the floor and mopping after three dogs decided to do all their business on the floor instead of outside, a little freeze dance with a few classes, and some other various cleaning tasks.
