Week Eight, Day One

Stayed the same weight this week, but I'm not too upset by it. Here's to two pounds this week!


Here is a picture of the cute dress I wore to work today.

And I even wore the correct shoes in the picture this time.


Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • granola bar
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • carrots with ranch dip
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken
  • green beans
  • brown rice
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • crystal light
Dinner:
  • grilled tilapia
  • rice
  • broccoli
  • salad with ranch
  • a few bites of a biscuit
Exercise: A little bit of walking, a little bit of cleaning, and a little bit of freeze dance with the kindergartners today.
