I've also been having some thoughts on how this time seems like I'm really going to lose the weight for good and how in the past I haven't quite felt this way. I've been losing the weight slower than in the past, but it seems like this helps me in changing my mindset and habits. I'm looking more at my smaller, obtainable goals instead of the fact I need to lose 80-90 pounds. This seems to overwhelm me less.
Also, I've slowly been weaning myself off of the candy bars and baked goods. If you notice, I do eat cookies once in a while (or sometimes daily), but I don't buy packages of them anymore (even if it is cheaper). I go to McDonald's and just buy the three pack of cookies. I was eating only the chocolate chip ones, because it helped with the chocolate cravings. I'm now eating only the oatmeal and raisin ones. Now I'm to the point of I don't crave the cookies all the time now, so maybe I'll be laying off of them soon too.

- english muffin with egg and cheese

- 100 calorie pack of nuts
- organic fruit strip
- crystal light
- grilled chicken sandwich
- salad with ranch
- oatmeal cookies
- pop
