Week Seven, Day Five
I think that I'll pretty much eat the same thing I did yesterday today, so I already filled in my food. I'll change it later if I eat something different. It is tough to find the motivation after work to do something to workout, but I'm sure it will get easier with time and getting used to my new schedule. The blogging thing is harder now too. I usually use the computer in the morning, but now I usually don't have much time in the morning to do that and get ready in time for work. My husband is usually on the computer all afternoon and evening. I guess I really need to lose those last three pounds, so I can get the internet on my computer and blog whenever it is best for me.
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with honey
- egg whites with cheese
- applesauce
- crystal light
Snack:
- carrots
- turkey lunchmeat
- crystal light
Lunch:
- grilled chicken
- green beans
- brown rice
- crystal light
Snack:
- 100 calorie pack of nuts
- organic fruit strip
- oatmeal cookie
Dinner:
- omelet with cheese, pepper, and onions
- hash browns
- a few bites of toast
- water
Exercise: None, but my ankle was killing me and I didn't want to make it any worse.
