Week Seven, Day Six

I'm back down to 202.5 this morning. Yay! At least I won't end up with a gain on my first week back to work. I'm hoping to spend quite a bit of time outside this weekend doing some weeding and cleaning up around the yard. I haven't done the best job of that this summer. I'll be having people over on Labor Day weekend, so I want the yard to look good, especially if it is nice enough to eat outside.


Food:


Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • water
Snack:
  • 100 calorie special k fruit crisps (more than one package...)
Lunch:
  • WW mini hamburger
  • onion mix rice noodle soup
  • water
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • WW string cheese
Dinner:
  • grilled chicken sandwich
  • oatmeal cookies
Exercise: I did a little bit of walking around a few stores and a little bit of cleaning.
