Week Seven, Day One
Back to work... I'm so tired, but not because it is early. The dogs left me no choice but to lay on my side all night and my hips are sore from it. The last two hours were not the best of sleep.
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with honey
- egg whites with cheese
- applesauce
- crystal light
Lunch:
- turkey sandwich
- potato chips
- pasta salad
- grapes
- diet sierra mist
Snack:
- 100 calorie pack of nuts
- organic fruit strips
Dinner:
- grilled chicken sandwich
- salad with ranch
- chocolate chip cookies
Exercise: None, too tired and too much to get done.
