Week Six, Day Seven and the Last Day of Summer
It's the last day of summer for me. The first teacher day is tomorrow, but there will be no kiddies until Wednesday. I woke up this morning and got sick to my stomach right away. I hope it is just a one time thing. I'm eating my usual breakfast, so we'll see if it goes over or not. This is also my last day I set for myself to get to 199.5/200 lbs. I weighed in 202.5. Official weigh in is tomorrow morning. At least I am close if nothing else. That is much more than I usually can say for myself at this point. I've made it six weeks with no major junk food binges, no candy bars, and nothing ungodly unhealthy from the drive thru. That is a pretty major accomplishment for me. I usually don't make it past two weeks.
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with honey
- egg whites with cheese
- applesauce
- water
Snack:
- english muffin with egg and cheese
- water
Lunch:
- grilled chicken sandwich
- salad with ranch
- water
Snack:
- 2 WW string cheese
- applesauce
- crystal light
Dinner:
- grilled chicken
- green beans
- mashed potatoes
Exercise: Cleaning the house
