Week Seven, Day Two
Long day ahead of me, but at least I got decent sleep tonight. Tonight is open house night for the parents. I don't have a class since I see everyone, but I do have to be there to be introduced at the beginning of two sessions. And the season premiere of What Not to Wear is tonight too. I'll be lucky to get some exercise in again...
Food:
Breakfast:
- oatmeal with honey
- egg whites with cheese
- applesauce
- crystal light
Snack:

- turkey lunchmeat
- carrots with light ranch
Lunch:
- grilled chicken with BBQ sauce
- rice
- water
- roll
Snack:
- 100 calorie pack of nuts
- organic fruit strip
Dinner:
- chicken snack wrap
- salad with ranch
- oatmeal cookie
Exercise: None.
