Week Seven, Day Three

First day with the kids! I have ten classes, so it will be a challenge to have enough energy by the time I get home to do anything, let alone exercise. I've set myself a new goal since my time expired for my old goal. I was close- just 2.5 to 3 pounds more to meet it. My new goal is to lose those 2.5-3 pounds by the end of August. Right now my weight has been going up and down like crazy (202.5-205), and my eating has been a little off too. I hope that now I'm getting used to the fact that I'm back to work and have a different schedule, I can get myself back to doing a little bit better on the whole eating right and exercising thing.

Food:

Breakfast:
  • oatmeal with honey
  • egg whites with cheese
  • applesauce
  • crystal light
Snack:
  • turkey lunchmeat
  • carrots
  • crystal light
Lunch:
  • grilled chicken
  • green beans
  • brown rice
  • crystal light
  • a piece of bread from the lounge...
Snack:
  • 100 calorie pack of nuts
  • organic fruit strip
  • oatmeal cookie
  • water
Dinner:
  • omelet with cheese, onions, and peppers
  • hash browns
  • water
  • a couple bites of toast
Snack:
  • Activia
Exercise: Well, I was really tired after my first day back at work. I did manage to get myself up out of the chair and mowed the front yard and watered a few plants. Maybe I'll be more motivated tomorrow to mow the back yard as my exercise.
