Week Sixteen, Day Four and Scraping Wallpaper

Not too much exciting news today. I have been completely on track today and got tons of exercise which is making me feel like I'm finally really ready to get back on track and get down to 190. My sister had the idea of taking down the wallpaper in my mom's bedroom as part of her birthday present. My mom started to take it down a long time ago, but it was really tough to get off the wall. She got discouraged and never finished the job. My sister and I got it all down today. We worked from around 9:00 am and finished around 3:00 with a short lunch break. Lots of exercise for me and also one happy mom.

Snack:



Snack: apples, light carmel dip, and one babybel cheese circle

Lunch: 390 calorie lunch by Oscar Mayer- It contained a whole wheat sanwich thin, a slice of cheddar cheese, spicy mustard, turkey lunchmeat, wheat thins, and a jello pudding temptations. It didn't eat the jello pudding and left it at my parents house. I instead had baby carrots with light ranch dip.

Dinner:

I also had a side salad with a little bit of ranch dressing.


Snack: lowfat vanilla yogurt with berries

Exercise: Peeling off wallpaper all day and cleaning the house once I got home.
