Week Sixteen, Day Three and a Small Challenge

Yay for Fall Break which starts tomorrow. My plans include helping my sister do a project for my mom's birthday tomorrow and probably a few hours at work too. Friday I'm getting lunch with a friend and antiquing. Saturday my mom, sister, and I are going shopping and having a little birthday lunch for my mom. I also need to fit in enough time to do some cleaning around the house, working out, and finishing my to do list at work. I hope I get some time to sit around in there too! I could use just some time to chill.


Part of me feels like I might need to challenge myself a little to get back on track completely. So far I've started exercising more the past three days. Maybe a "sweets" challenge. One special "sweet" a day and not going overboard on the calories either. I think I was able to eat more "sweets" calories this summer due to all the yard work I was doing. Although I'm trying to do some work or working out at night, I'm not burning as many calories. I guess my first challenge will be to make it through the rest of this week with only one reasonable "sweet" a day.

Nothing too exciting going on today. The weather kinda sucks since it is so cold, rainy, and windy so no yard work today. Maybe I can get some of that cleaning done tonight before the show I'd like to watch. It is on at nine and its only 6:30 now.

Dinner: roast chicken club sandwich minus the bacon
