Snow Delay Friday

Today we had a two hour snow delay where I teach. The snow wasn't incredibly deep, but it was windy and drifting today. The roads were horrible on Thursday driving home, a little bit better this morning, and not too shabby on the main roads coming home this afternoon.

I have plans with my group of St. Joe (college) friends to have a girls night/game night tomorrow at one of their apartments in Lafayette (most of my friends in this group live there). The main highway to Lafayette gets bad with snow, because there is a lot of open space for drifting to occur. This has been my "get through the week" thing, and it would be disappointing not to go.

Today was my last day of the week with my three goals that I discussed in this post. Today I switched up my Wii Fit routine just a tiny bit. I did one more aerobic game- Rhythm Kung Fu. I forgot about this game, but I remember really enjoying it before. I also didn't do the Soccer Heading or the Penguin Slide, but instead did the number one where you move front, back, or side to side to add the numbers to ten (don't remember the name of it).
Like my nice toe socks I wore today.

My meals today were on plan, but some of my snacks were not. That seems to be the one big problem I've been having this week. I'm thinking about goals for next week, and one definitely has to be about snacking. I've also been thinking about doing a giveaway of a small gift basket with some of my favorite snacks or foods, some cute notepads/notebooks like I'm using for my goals, two little books about yoga and toning, a water bottle, and possible some resistance bands or 1 lbs. dumbbells to walk with or practice form on toning exercises. It might be more items or a minus some items listed here as I need some time to finalize it and write the rules/legal info.

Here's the food for the day:
