Week Twenty-Seven, Day Six: Furniture Arranging and Decorating

I had my mom over today and we rearranged my new furniture in the great room. We also figured out where picture frames were going and made a huge photo frame collage that takes up most of one wall. She got to my place around 9:45 and we worked until after 3:00 this afternoon. It was nice to get things mostly done before going back to work. I still need to find the photos for the frames and paint them with bronze to match the clock in the middle. We didn't really stop for lunch either, but I did have a cheese and cracker tray that we ate devoured for a lunch and snack.

My mom also gave me this today.

She originally bought it for my Christmas present, but then heard that I bought a record player with a gift card from my birthday. She was going to take it back, but I could use this one in my office or great room and the one I bought in the other place. It is nice since it records directly to CD and has a radio, CD player, cassette player, and record player along with speakers built in. My other one is just a record player and can hook up to the computer for recording records only.

Exercise: I did lots of cleaning this morning, moved some furniture, and did some decorating.
