After that I went to the grocery store to buy some sugar free brownie mix and pumpkin. Why you ask? I was reading one of my usual blogs, and this recipe was recommended to have brownies for only 136 calories a piece. | I only had the sandwich, no chips. I've been trying it the last few days to cut the calories a little more. The bread is probably enough carbs at one sitting anyway. |

Exercise: Wii Fit and stretches- By the way, I'm finally getting better at my exercises and games on the Wii Fit. I should be able to move onto the harder difficulty on the games soon and hopefully some harder yoga poses and strength training exercises.
