Jolly Ranchers and Brownies

Wednesday was a pretty typical day at work. There was one mildly amusing thing that happened though. During my first class of the day I noticed that I felt something in the pocket of my sweater.  I reached in to see what it was since I didn't put anything in there and found a melted Jolly Rancher in my pocket. Yuk! I managed to peel the main part of the candy out, but there is hard residue left on my sweater. I haven't worn this sweater since last winter too! I probably took it away from a kid last winter and forgot to take it out before washing it.

After that I went to the grocery store to buy some sugar free brownie mix and pumpkin. Why you ask? I was reading one of my usual blogs, and this recipe was recommended to have brownies for only 136 calories a piece. I thought I'd give it a try since I am working on 200 calorie or less junk food snack a day. Here is the post where she talks about it: http://www.asmallloss.com/2012/01/slimkatie-brownies.html.
All you need.

This is what it looks like when you stir up brownie mix and pumpkin. A picture of the finished product is below under one of my snacks for the day.

Lunch:

I tried the blueberry Chobani today, and it was good!

Dinner:

I only had the sandwich, no chips. I've been trying it the last few days to cut the calories a little more. The bread is probably enough carbs at one sitting anyway.

Snack:

Exercise: Wii Fit and stretches- By the way, I'm finally getting better at my exercises and games on the Wii Fit. I should be able to move onto the harder difficulty on the games soon and hopefully some harder yoga poses and strength training exercises.
