Thursday
Thursday was an exciting day for me. I wanted to do a wog right away in the morning, but it was still thundering and raining a little bit. I had to put it off again!
Thursday morning I met my dad at the Home Depot with his truck to pick up the tub surround I bought on Wednesday. I don't have any friends/family in my town that have an SUV or pick-up, so I asked my parents if one of them would be able to, so we didn't have to rent a truck. Once we got the thing in the house, I showed my dad around the house. He hasn't seen the house since I've done most of my DIY projects.
After my dad left, I had plans to do some shopping with my sister. I have been itching to go to Bailey's, and she goes out there to do some grocery shopping on a regular basis. It is a bit of a drive for me- about 50 to 60 minutes. I took a few pictures of the country on the way there. These pictures show what I grew up living in.

| A farm on Highway 8 with matching red roofs on their buildings. |
 |
| Still on 8, but this time going through the Kankakee River area. |
 |
| Still by the Kankakee River and that sign is for a park. I guess there is an access site there for your boats too. |
 |
| Finally at my destination. And no, I didn't have any DQ or Orange Juilius while I was there. |
We were able to go together which is more fun than going by yourself. I found lots of things for the classroom, some groceries, and a couple of odds and ends for the house.
 |
| My new lunchbox for work. I think this might actually be big enough to fit all my food for the day unlike the "normal" size lunchboxes I've been using. |
 |
| It is actually supposed to be a toothbrush holder, but it matches my guest room colors so well that I had to get it. Maybe some flowers would look good in it? |
 |
| I got this set for only $13! We do have a set now, but it isn't very good. |
 |
| My groceries which consist of many different types of Kashi bars, some cereal, some oatmeal, and some drink mixes. |
 |
| Some prizes for my every day and big prize boxes at school. |
 |
| Some other school items. |
 |
| I thought I could use this as a decoration in my classroom. It was a $70 item originally and I paid $2 for it. |

She had to get going after Bailey's, so I went to another much smaller store called Richard's down the road by myself. It was a bust and I bought one item for $2.99.

Friday
I was finally able to do week five day two of my C25k on Friday morning. This time I had two eight minute jogs with a five minute walk in the middle. I've never jogged that long before, but I found out it wasn't so bad. Here are my stats:
- 4,895 aerobic steps
- 38 minutes
- 2.06 miles
I spent almost all of Friday at home putting things away, doing some laundry, doing dishes, and just generally trying to get some cleaning and organizing done. We did run into a problem late Friday afternoon though. Lilly started throwing up a bunch of times and threw up again after dinner. We were able to catch the vet before they went home to take her in. She has Campylobacter which isn't the end of the world, but a pain for her owners. Not only does she have to be on two medicines for this, but our other two dogs do as well since it is contagious. So I spent $200 because Lilly couldn't keep her nose out of rabbit or squirrel poop!
My eating is still going much better than it was, but still not perfect. Here are some eats from Friday:
Breakfast
Lunch
Snack
Dinner

| I also had a chicken wrap and a strawberry shortcake frosty with this from Wendy's. |
Snack: Twix candy bar
